Radio Days Woody Allen 1987 USA Brooklyn during World War II, as remembered through the eyes (and ears) of a young Jewish boy. Deeply nostalgic film, to which many would relate - though in another generation they won't, and it will be a curious, historically notable film when that happens. It's episodic, without much of a plot, a collection of memories which comprise a very funny narrative. Allen is better than most at lending both poignancy and humour to childhood memories.
