Mahamat-Saleh Haroun(1961 - )African born, French trained film-maker working out of Chad who should be commended for taking the time to save up his very own cash to return to his homeland and make his first two features. His stuff is well worth checking out for it's calm pacing, cruisy local music, gorgeous landscapes and beautiful non-actors, but is just a tad too obvious with it's symbolism and allegory at times. 1. Dry Season (2006) 6/102. Our Father (2002) 5/10
