I didn't realize this was available on DVD already. I just bumped it to the top of my queue. I can't wait to see it .

I didn't know it was out until Netflix recommended it to me, reminding me how much I was taken with it. It still feels very fresh in my mind, having seen it about five months ago.

I haven't watched any of the special features on "Waltz with Bashir" yet.
For discussion's sake, there are rumors that Criterion is putting out Soderbergh's "Che" in the fall.

It's certain. Criterion confirmed it in its newsletter a couple weeks ago.

There have been a few movies I want to purchase, but I can't handle the $40-$60 prices of some of these Criterion releases. I really don't care about the special features. They ruin the movie for me the second time around because I spend my time thinking about the special features instead of the movie itself. I know a lot of people like that stuff, but I just want to enjoy the film for what it is.

That little symbol at the end there, by the way, though unintended, should be read as a visual hieroglyphic to mean my "gay hand" pose.

Gotta bunch of DVD's I'm looking to offload before I leave Korea next month. Some old Ozu, newer Korean movies and a Yoji Yamada boxset.
If you're interested and can play region 3 dvd's PM me. Postage here is cheap, I'd be glad to send them.
