M - Eine Stadt sucht einen Mörder (1931) (The prototype for film noir and next to Murnau's "The Last Laugh" my favourite early German film)
Das Testament des Dr. Mabuse (1933) (unfortunately I have only seen the collaborative French version of this particular film and as such can only rate as such)


You Only Live Once (1937) (of all Lang's American movies this one I feel is most reminiscent of the stark fatalistic vision of the world and prevailing morality exhibited in his German films than any other, superlative film noir with the emphasis on the noir)
