But you infered that the Joker knew he was Batman, even though he tried to snipe his ass out...which was the point, because it was a trap.

seemingly he has the whole thing planned out and is going to put Rachel and Harvey in two different warehouses, giving Batman a Sophie's Choice situation.
somehow he knows Harvey isnt Batman, and there isnt anything in the movie that would clue him in on this. Its really a small complaint within the overall frustration I had with the plot of the entire movie in general. Joker is seemingly a smart enough guy, but I think its kind of odd he trys to kill Harvey in order to bring out Batman the same day Harvey admits he is Batman.
