Tropa de Elite (2007) **** Best Brazilian film EVER. Like a film version of The Wire, only in Rio instead of Baltimore. I imagine everybody here would love it. It's incredible.

Too much movement and freeze frames. It was a stream, though, and the subtitles were shit.
