I had access to this film on video for ages, but kept on pushing to the back of the queue and now the access is now longer! Fuck iT!

I highly recommend you check it out if you ever get another opportunity. You might even be able to find it on YouTube or some website like that, though that's obviously not an ideal way to watch movies. The story isn't quite as developed as the popular Michael Mann film but it's unquestionably more restrained and doesn't suffer from all the bombast and melodrama that Mann's adaptation revels in. Moreover, there's some really gorgeous imagery.
